The farm covers just under 6 hectares and includes 14 appellations distributed as follows :

Bourgogne Rouge
0,20 ha

Burgundy is a pleasant wine to drink in its youth, in all its freshness. It can be left to age between 4 to 8 years.

Marsannay
0,98 ha

This cuvée comes from several plots in the commune of Couchey. The vines are on average 40 years old. Fruity nose with supple tannins. It is pleasant in its youth but it can also be kept without problem for 5 to 10 years.

Marsannay « Les Genelières »
0,36 ha

A terroir of character located on the hillside between Couchey and Marsannay, this plot soon to be classified as a Premier Cru, offers wines of good density, intense fruitiness and a spicy and finely tannic finish.

Marsannay "Champs Perdrix"
0,22 ha

A plot also soon classified as 1er cru. A pretty red marsannay with a brilliant garnet red color and purplish reflections. The nose evokes black fruits. The palate is round and pleasant without being aggressive.

Marsannay Rosé
0,00 ha

Rosé for gastronomy vinified either by maceration or by bleeding. This Cuvée is not produced in all vintages.

Fixin

Our Fixin cuvée is made from a blend of localities "Petit Crais", "Crais de Chêne" "Les Clos" and "Herbus" north of the villages of Fixey and Fixin. Easy to drink from a young age, supple, elegant, fruity and airy.

Fixin "Les Clos"
0,18 ha

Selection of grapes from the "Les clos" plot vinified as a whole harvest (100%). Spices and floral notes combine to work wonders on the palate. This Cuvée is not produced in all vintages.

Gevrey-Chambertin "En Songe"
0,27 ha

Charm and finesse in the heart of the characterful terroir of Gevrey-Chambertin. Very fragrant, with intense notes of ripe cherries and flowers, the wine blossoms tenderly on the palate. Lots of fruit and supple tannins make this a pleasant bottle when young.

Gevrey-Chambertin Vieilles Vignes

Our vintage of Gevrey-Chambertin Vieilles Vignes comes from 3 plots located around the village. The average age of the vines is 50 years. It is a firm and colorful wine with full, flavorful flesh and silky tannins. A gevrey to drink with a little age to express all its complexity.

Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru « Les Champeaux » 0,42 ha

North-east facing on the terrace, Les Champeaux are quite masculine, full-bodied, powerful with tannins that round out well with age.

Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru « Les Cazetiers » 0,33 ha

Our cuvée de Cazetiers comes from a single plot facing east on a rock and scree slope. Full-bodied, fleshy wine of exceptional aromatic intensity and great complexity, acquiring superb finesse with age.

Mazis-Chambertin Grand Cru
0,42 ha

Mazis-Chambertin is one of the 9 grands crus of Gevrey-Chambertin. It is located below Les Ruchottes-Chambertin and north of Clos de Bèze. Our cuvée is made from old vines that are 80 years old. This is a deep wine with a complex and intense nose of black fruits and spices with great aging potential.

Bourgogne Blanc
0,19 ha

100% Chardonnay Full-bodied and fatty wine, alliance between fresh fruit, floral aromas and a very light toasted touch which gives it a nice balance.

Marsannay Blanc Vieilles Vignes
0,58 ha

100% Chardonnay This cuvée is made from old vines that produce beautiful, highly concentrated grapes, harvested at good maturity. Ample, generous, with a nice minerality and a lot of freshness. Aging in 20% new barrels gives it nice brioche notes. It can be enjoyed in its youth, but can also be kept for 5 to 10 years.
